LUXURY CANDELS- RETURN POLICY
At Luxury Candles, we are dedicated to providing a premium experience with each of our eco-friendly and all-natural candles. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make your return experience as seamless as possible. Please review our return policy below for detailed guidelines.
GENERAL RETURNS
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 10 days of the original purchase date. To request a return, your candle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received.
- Eligibility: Only items purchased directly from Luxury Candles are eligible for returns. If you purchased a candle through an authorized retailer, please contact them directly to facilitate your return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via phone or email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us.
DAMAGED OR BROKEN CANDLES
- Broken/Damaged Items: If your candle arrives broken or damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. To address this promptly, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
- Replacement or Refund: Upon verifying the damage, we will arrange a replacement candle or offer a full refund based on your preference, at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for broken or damaged candles is fully covered by Luxury Candles
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Return Shipping: For returns not related to damages or defects, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned candle, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment, and processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card issuer.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Partially Used Items: Candles that have been lit or used are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged.
- Gifted Items: If you received a Luxury Candle as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, please contact us with the original order number, if available. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange and, in certain cases, may issue store credit for the purchase value.
